Tibetan is a blend of merino ultrafine and yak wool, mulesing-free, and comes from Argentine Patagonia. Tibetan is made with merino ultrafine which has a fineness of 17 microns. It is GOTS certified, which means that the farming process is organic and no toxic bleaches, dyes and other chemicals are used in its manufacturing. Tibetan’s noble yak wool component has its origins in Mongolia and has a fineness of approx. 16 microns.
