In this class, you'll learn:
- Afterthought heels, a fun new technique to add to your knitting skills - this is useful for many applications, not just socks.
- Optional marling, where you hold two strands of yarn together to create beautiful color combinations.
- Two pattern variations: choose from classic vanilla or ribbed for this class.
These satisfyingly squishy socks will become a go-to pattern for gift knitting and cozy winter wear!
Skill Level: Intermediate. Students should have previous sock-knitting experience, be comfortable knitting in the round, and be able to read their knits and purls. This is a great next step for students who took Jane's DK Shorty Sock class and are ready to level up their sock-knitting skills!
Needles: Socks are knit using FlexiFlips or Magic Loop.
Yarn: Recommend Dream In Color Smooshy Cashmere or Dream in Color Cosette
